Cheri helped launch the first Issue of THM in March of 2015 and has since worked diligently growing the Business to where it is today. Being a veteran in Print Marketing for the last 35+ years, she prides herself in having developed some Great business & Personal Relationships with her clients. When she is not working on THM, she enjoys her 3 Beautiful grandchildren given to her from her one and only Daughter, Sheena & Husband, Phil…Family means everything to her! She also enjoys Fishing & Deer Hunting, with her Partner Wayne and looks forward to Beach Vacations and seeing more of this country we live in called the Good Ol’ USA!
I’ve been working with TheHomeMag since March of 2020. It has been a fulfilling experience working together with small to mid-size businesses, and getting them connected to new leads, that they ultimately convert to NEW customers. My volunteerism and leadership experience with numerous military support organizations (AUSA, ESGR, Gateway C-VEB, VetNet, STL Veteran Support Network & the Elks Lodge #9) provided me with the know-how to work with a diverse customer base. I enjoy providing support to growing businesses and look forward to sharing the success of my clients, as they promote their products and expertise with their impressive Ads. I enjoy hikes / walks, swimming, dance, reading, and spending time with my family and friends, when I’m not working with clients.
Chris has been the Publisher of TheHomeMag since 2007 when his parents Dain and Karen bought the Kansas City franchise. Chris’ background in marketing agencies and client service allowed him to step right into the role of both working with prospective advertisers on their campaigns and running the business. When the business was sold in 2015 the new ownership group asked that he stay on in his role because of the relationships he had built. In that same year Chris convinced ownership to invest in the launch of the St. Louis market. In June of 2015 TheHomeMag St. Louis delivered it’s first issue. Chris’ role has always been focused on how to improve the client experience and ensuring that TheHomeMag was being delivered to the right audience.
Chris’ passion for TheHomeMag and the success of it’s clients have always driven his efforts. In November of 2019 Chris along with a partner acquired TheHomeMag Kansas City and St. Louis bringing the business back into the family. While his playing and coaching days are over, when he’s not working you can usually catch him either driving to watch his boys play or on a patio rooting for his favorite professional and college teams.
Krystle joined TheHomeMag in March of 2015 with the Omaha/Lincoln market. In 2018 Krystle was brought over to our team and now works with all clients in Kansas City and St. Louis. She has been awarded the front cover of the month for the entire franchise system (59 markets) for her design work numerous times along with winning Designer Achievement Awards. Krystle works individually with every client in Kansas City and St. Louis each and every month to ensure their ad delivers what they want to communicate.Krystle came to TheHomeMag with over 6 years of graphic design and print experience. She has helped her home improvement businesses achieve their advertising goals through bold, elegant design. Krystle has a talent for understanding her clients’ needs and translating that into thoughtful, meaningful ads that will deliver leads.
Karen has been involved in TheHomeMag since it’s 2007 launch in Kansas City when her and her husband Dain purchased the franchise. Karen’s role has always been one of client support and communication being responsible for all accounting functions and general administrative duties. When Karen and Dain decided to sell the business in 2015 she was asked to stay on in the same role because of her experience and desire to serve our clients. Karen now supports all clients in both the Kansas City and St. Louis markets.
